Rifka Malik, CPESC, CPE is the owner and president of Sitework Estimating Services, Inc. Rifka has spent the last 20 years in the construction industry, specializing in sitework. She is a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) and a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) as well as an accomplished author and presenter on topics relating to estimating and erosion control. We are always up to date with new studies and technology as they become available while this explosive industry develops.
